In addition, the fiber light guide contains at least one shell of quartz glass and a protective coating. Core refractive index is higher than the refractive index of a quartz glass shell, the refractive index of which is higher than the refractive index of the second shell (made from doped quartz glass or a polymer coating).;EFFECT: technical result is the fabrication of a fiber-cone with a large threshold of non-linear effects for amplifying optical radiation in the spectral region of 1 mcm doped with ytterbium oxide and having a completely fiber input of pump radiation towards the amplified signal.;3 cl, 3 dwg
