FIELD: electrical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of electroacoustic transducers. Manufacturing method of a sensing element based on a PVDF piezoactive film with a current-conducting coating involves applying to the surface of two piezoactive films an sticky layer of epoxide adhesive composition, in which a conductive glue is applied to the glued surfaces of the piezoactive films of polyvinylidene fluoride, fasten free from sticky layer of epoxide adhesive composition bonding the surface of the films with perforated bottom and movable plates of a special device for bonding sensitive elements of EAP. With the help of vacuum created at the base and the movable plate, films are bonded to the perforated surfaces, then bring together the base and the moving plate before formation of a contact between the bonding PVDF piezoactive films and get a package of two glued PVDF piezoactive films, repeat the procedure gluing for two already glued packs and then repeat this procedure for pairwise glued packs to obtain sensitive element of EAP from the required number of PVDF piezoactive films, after which the active EAP element is evacuated with simultaneous mechanical pressure on its surface.;EFFECT: increase reproducibility of volume sensitivity of the transducer.;3 cl, 1 dwg
