METHOD OF TREATING COMPLICATED FORMS OF INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF UTERINE APPENDICES IN WOMEN

In the postoperative period, against the background of systemic antibacterial therapy, washing with antiseptics is carried out through them in dynamics: on the day of surgery, twice the next day and once on the second day, after which the tubes are removed.;EFFECT: method allows to enhance the therapeutic effect on the fallopian tubes, which are the entrance gate and reservoir for pathogenic microorganisms, to achieve reliable relief of purulent-inflammatory process and rapid recovery of the patient while preserving reproductive function.;1 cl, 1 ex
