FIELD: aviation; engine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of ion-implant treatment of compressor blades of titanium alloys and can be used in aircraft engine building and power turbine engineering. Method includes placing the blades on the holder of products inside the working chamber of the vacuum unit, rotation of the blades in the holder around their own axis while moving them relative to the implant and ion-implantation treatment of the surface of the blade with nitrogen ions with cyclic passage of the blades through the implantation zone until the end of the complete processing of the blades with subsequent cooling of the blades together with the working chamber of the unit to normal temperature. When this ion-implantation surface treatment of the blade is carried out at an energy of from 20 to 35 keV, a dose of 1.6 ⋅ 1017 cm-2 up to 2.3 ⋅ 1017 cm-2. For each cycle of the passage of the scapula through the zone of implantation, it rotates around its own axis at an angle from 220 to 280 degrees. Each subsequent occurrence of the blade in the implantation zone occurs with a phase shift of its rotation around its own axis by 10–20 degrees from the angle of its previous entry into the implantation zone.;EFFECT: invention can be used in aircraft engine building and power turbine building.;1 cl, 1 ex
