FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biophysics, medical technology. Used to measure the impedance and phase angle of the current and voltage of biological fluids during spirography. Measurements are carried out at a frequency in the range of 10–30,000 hertz using a sensor and a high-speed analog-to-digital converter (sADC). Sensor electrodes are located in the outlet of the mouthpiece filled with foam rubber cylinder, which is in contact with the sensor electrodes. Calculate the parameters of spirography: respiratory rate, volume and rate of inhalation and exhalation. According to the obtained breathing curve, taking into account (z) and (φ), determine the dynamics of muscular activity during breathing. Hardware-software complex for impedance spirometry consists of (sADC) and a sensor, which includes a mouthpiece and electrodes. Outlet part of the mouthpiece is filled with a foam rubber cylinder, and the electrodes in the form of metal plates are pairwise diametrically electrically combined and arranged in pairs diametrically around the circumference of the mouthpiece in such a way that they are in contact with foam rubber. Sensor is connected to the measuring half-bridge, which, together with the reference half-bridge, is connected to a broadband probe frequency generator. Outputs of the half bridges are connected to two channels of the sADC, where the sADC and the generator are configured to control the computer.;EFFECT: method improves the speed of the measuring unit, increases the volume of the measured information and the capabilities of the measuring unit for calculating the parameters of spirography and analyzing the state of the muscle activity of the lungs and the patient’s tissues directly during the measurement.;4 cl, 5 dwg
