That is ensured by measuring blood serum concentration of triglycerides, ALT levels, fasting glucose, HDL cholesterol lipoproteins. After blood sampling, waist circumference is measured to calculate hepatic steatosis – predictor SP32 by original calculation formulas for men and women.
