Drive comprises air cylinder, pneumatic distributor, pneumatic speed sensor, pressure valve, pneumatic amplifier and check valve, pressure valve further comprises a movable cylinder with a piston, the pneumatic booster comprises a body divided into two cavities, one of which, a sub-membrane cavity with a membrane, is intended for supplying a control signal to it from a speed sensor.;EFFECT: technical result consists in stabilization of speed of mechanisms and machines of process equipment.;3 cl, 4 dwg
