METHOD OF PERFORMING TABLETED MEDICINAL PREPARATIONS IN BLISTER PACKING BY NIR SPECTROMETRY

FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacy and concerns a method for testing tableted medicines in a blister pack. Method includes formation of training and verification sets of samples, obtaining NIR spectra of samples of training and verification sets, visual analysis of obtained spectra for presence of coarse errors, separation of spectra into two sets according to capsule affiliation, preliminary processing of spectra and construction of model by single-class classification methods on preprocessed spectra of training set. Constructed model is checked for the degree of acceptance of NIR spectra of samples of training and verification sets. Further, the degree of deviation of the NIR spectra of the pellet blister spectra from the training set, the spectra of reproduced, falsified and inferior drug preparations is evaluated.;EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a universal method for testing tableted medicinal preparations, providing more accurate and objective results.;3 cl, 6 dwg, 2 tbl
