FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and molecular diagnostics. Disclosed is a kit for synthesis reaction mixture synthesis 3'-O-propargyl-modified nucleic acid. Kit contains at least one deoxynucleotide triphosphate (dNTP), at least one 3'-O-propargyl nucleotide analogue and polymerase, which is able to embed 3'-O-propargyl nucleotide analogue in the target nucleic acid chain.
