FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparation of human postvital or postresection bone tissue for examination by scanning electron microscopy. Method is characterized by that samples are cut by abrasive circle from bone workpiece, cooled with liquid nitrogen, for 5 minutes is placed in ultrasonic disperser with acetone, then immersed in pouring epoxy resin, dried in a vacuum unit for 24 hours at 60 °C, after drying, is ground by grinding paper at first with dispersion of 800, then with dispersion of 1,200, then polished on a cloth with diamond paste with granularity of powder in paste of 6 mcm and at the final stage of preparation is sprayed with nanoparticles of carbon.;EFFECT: high contrast of the analyzed surface of human bone tissue samples as a material for examination in a scanning electron microscope without using toxic reagents with ease of implementation and reduced material, labor and time costs.;1 cl, 4 dwg
