Proposed method comprises laying of carbon fibre billet on substrate-stencil with cut out part contour, supply of laser beam with pulses with frequency of 100–5000 Hz and pulse ratio of 3.0–1.25 and coaxial with process gas and its movement along pre-set trajectory. Part outline is made with bridges.
