FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and aims at correcting dislocation of acromial extremity of clavicle. Device for closed correction of dislocation of acromial end of clavicle consists of crossing two branches interconnected hingedly with fixing pens. Device has a screw pusher, which is built into a hinge that fastens branches. Screw pusher has pusher grip handle, axial guide for determination of direction of spokes or screws, support pad with limiter in form of sharpened end for location behind clavicle end, gasket and pusher seat. Distal ends of the branches are made in the form of hemispherically incurved teeth inside for immersion into thickness of the bone base of the acromial process. Distal ends of the branch are bent in the frontal plane.;EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of closed dislocation reduction of the acromial extremity of clavicle, provides the conditions for minimally invasive surgical administration and reducing its traumatisation.;1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
