AGENT FOR PREVENTING PATHOLOGICAL SKIN SCARS FORMATION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to surgery, traumatology, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetology, veterinary science. What is presented is an agent for preventing the formation of pathological skin scars containing the following in wt%: D-asparagine – 0.1–0.5, polyethylene glycol-400 – 77.75–77.95 and polyethylene glycol-1500 – 22.75–22.95. Application of the agent for preventing the formation of pathological skin scars on wound from 3rd to 5th day of its application on 28th day is manifested by a significant reduction in the amount of disorganized collagen fibers in the scar, and by 60th day – by reducing the area of the cutaneous scar in by factor of 3.4.;EFFECT: obtained data testify to high efficiency of the agent for preventing the formation of pathological skin scars in experiment in rats.;1 cl, 4 ex, 2 dwg
