Absorbent body (5) is located mainly in perier part (22) of article (1). Elastic element (17, 20) for legs is attached to main part (2) at least partially along legs (9, 10, 13, 14), and article (1) has longitudinal direction (y) and transverse direction (x). Elastic element (17, 20) for legs passes from corresponding lateral edge (11, 12, 15, 16) to axial line (28) passing in longitudinal direction (y) of article (1).
