FIELD: image forming devices.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio vision methods in millimeter, terahertz, infrared and optical ranges of electromagnetic radiation and can be used to construct radio images of different objects, including in optically opaque media, for example in radio vision devices for diagnosing biological objects, flaw detection, introscopy of said ranges. Method includes generation of radiation in millimeter, terahertz, infrared and optical wavelength ranges, irradiating the electromagnetic radiation source of the forming system, placing the mesosize dielectric particle in the focusing region of the radiation of the forming system and forming a photon jet on the outer boundary of the particle on the opposite side of the incident radiation, arrangement of the object of investigation in this area of high intensity of the field, reception of reflected or transmitted radiation from the object of investigation, conversion of the received radiation into electric signals and generation of visual image of the object of study as per electric signals. At that, the mesosize particle is placed in a dielectric substrate with a refraction index N1, photon jet is formed directly on rear surface of dielectric substrate, refraction index of mesosize particle material is selected in range from 1.2N1 up to 1.85N1, and between the dielectric substrate and the object of study is directly placed a layer of immersion medium with a refraction index N2 not less than refraction index of dielectric substrate N1.;EFFECT: improved resolution of imaging systems of analyzed objects.;1 cl, 1 dwg
