FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to visualization of patient's chest surface and determination of coordinates of electrocardiogram electrodes in non-invasive electrophysiological cardiac mapping. Disclosed is a method comprising: forming a three-dimensional model of the heart; ECG system of electrodes applied along patient's chest circumference; determining the electrocardiogram ECG position relative to the heart surface; forming the patient's chest inner surface three-dimensional model; wherein three-dimensional model of heart and inner surface of patient's chest are formed on the basis of these procedures CT or MRI, which are performed without ECG electrodes system or based on these procedures CT or MRI of a patient's chest, which are performed earlier; three-dimensional model of patient's chest surface of 360 degrees with system of electrocardiogram electrodes applied along whole circumference of patient's chest, is formed on the basis of three-dimensional photo-scanning of patient's chest surface from above and three-dimensional photo-scanning of patient's backprint; position of ECG electrodes on thoracic surface in relation to heart surface is determined by computer simulation and alignment of three-dimensional model of patient's chest surface 360 degrees with ECG electrodes produced in three-dimensional photo-scanning, and a three-dimensional model of heart and internal surface of patient's chest, obtained during CT or MRI based on the characteristic anatomical features of the surface and inner surface of the patient's chest, which are considered to be unchanged for a specified time, or based on alignment of three markers visible during three-dimensional photo-scanning and when CT or MRI, or based on a single coordinate system for three-dimensional photo-scanning and CT or MRI.;EFFECT: invention provides an improved technique for visualizing the patient's chest surface and determining the coordinates of electrocardiogram electrodes, as well as an unlimited frequency of repetition of the non-invasive electrophysiological mapping of the patient's heart.;4 cl, 12 dwg
