System comprises, for managing bank card parameters, determining possibility of authorization of operations thereon, connected to each other with possibility of remote data exchange and interaction processing center of bank card issuer, processing center of acquirer, plastic carrier of bank card of holder of bank card, means of communication of holder of bank card and its proxies with numbers registered in processing center of issuer for exchange with center of authenticated requests.
