METHOD OF TRAINING UPPER DISH IN VOLLEYBALL

FIELD: training; sport.;SUBSTANCE: method of training upper dish in volleyball involves transfer of ball from own throw-in, transfer of ball after throwing of partner or coach, transfer of ball above itself, transfer in pairs, suggesting that to each hand of the practitioner a patch is attached in the form of a curved rectangular plate, which limits the elbow bending value during the exercises. It allows to initiate in beginner volleyball players correct technique of upper dish, to correct one of common errors engaged – low position of hands in initial position – due to strong bending of hands in elbow joints.;EFFECT: disclosed method is characterized by that short edges of straps are bent upwards, which enables to reduce mechanical impact of pads on athlete's hands and to exclude bruises and abrasions at the point of contact, allowing to perform exercises comfortably and for a long time; besides, bent edges of patch provide more reliable fixation on hands.;1 cl, 4 dwg
