FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for treating patients with guttate psoriasis developing after exacerbation of chronic tonsillitis. For this purpose, in the progressing period of psoriasis in a dermatological hospital, an adequate disintoxication therapy is performed with 1.5 % solution of meglumine sodium succinate (400 ml) intravenously drop-by-drop once day for 10 days in combination with external anti-inflammatory therapy of hydrocortisone 17-butirate in form of lipocream 2 times a day on lesions within first week, once a day for second and every other day for third week. After the rashes are resolved, the patient undergoes scheduled tonsillectomy.;EFFECT: using the given method enables achieving long-term clinical remission with the help of adequate disintoxication and external anti-inflammatory therapy combined with radical sanitation of the chronic infection center.;1 cl, 3 ex
