Shaped material for component of well tool contains magnesium alloy, including phase containing not less than 70 wt% and not more than 95 wt% of magnesium, in which at least 0 wt% and less than 0.3 wt% of rare-earth metal are distributed, not less than 3 wt% and not more than 20 wt% of at least one metal element selected from a group comprising aluminum, zirconium, manganese and silicon, and not less than 0.1 wt% and not more than 20 wt% of an agent which decomposes, wherein the profiled material has average size of crystalline grains of magnesium alloy of not less than 0.1 mcm and not more than 300 mcm, tensile strength of not less than 200 MPa and not more than 500 MPa and decomposition rate in 2 % aqueous solution of potassium chloride at 93 °C not less than 20 mg/cm2 and not more than 20,000 mg/cm2 per day.;EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing strength of well tool and ability for easy decomposition.;23 cl, 14 ex, 1 dwg
