FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding of tee joints of parts and can be used in shipbuilding and machine building. Welding of fillet welds is carried out simultaneously from two sides of T-joint without splitting of welded edges with arrangement of brand in horizontal plane. On each side of connection joint one arc burner is installed, displacing them relative to each other in direction of welding arc movement. Displacement value between burners is selected to ensure equal penetration of fillet welds. After excitation of arcs, burners are moved along joint in one direction at the same speed. An optical laser head is installed on each side of the joint next to the arc burner, moving it together with the burner. In case of clearance between welding parts in process of welding automatic displacement of each heat source is performed along vertical axis by value of gap and correction of filler wire feed rate supplied to each welding bath. Gap size is determined in real time by means of tracking sensors, installed in front of each laser-arc module at a distance of not less than 150 mm.
