The welding conditions calculation methods for T-joints with non-equal fillet weld legs

The optimal welding conditions calculation methods for mechanized arc welding of the one-pass two-sided T-joints welds with full penetration of parts to be welded are given. As a welding quality optimal criterion the vertical wall penetration depth on 0,6 of its thickness from each side is introduced. These methods allow to calculate eight weld parameters and eight welding process parameters.
