FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing covalent conjugates of antibody-oligonucleotide on the basis of a reaction promoted by cyclooctine cycle intensity. Antibody is modified with an azido group by incubating antibody with 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-fold excess of azido-PEG-succinimide ester. Excess azide reagent is removed. Oligonucleotide of cycloactin derivative is modified by incubation of oligonucleotide with 5-fold excess of DBCO-succinimide ester. Azidated antibody and activated oligonucleotide are mixed in ratio of 1 to 5 and the reaction mixture is incubated.
