FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of delivering hydrocarbons in the Arctic basin. Disclosed is a device for delivering hydrocarbons in the Arctic basin, consisting of a tanker module with elastic containers for placing hydrocarbons, an underwater tow with an atomic power plant and a propulsor, as well as a pilot glider, with the possibility of its movement ahead of the underwater tow. Tanker module comprises central pipe with longitudinal webs arranged on it, closed with outer crate, arranged in formed cargo chambers along entire length of elastic containers, consisting of outer and inner shells from heat-insulating material, embedded one into another, wherein all elastic containers on both sides end with locking devices with flanges for connection to filling station, on lateral sides of tanker housing case spaced along housing length rotary reverse electric motors with screw propellers, and lower chamber is intended for arrangement of fuel elements, which generate electric power to supply actuators, in free space of upper and lower cargo chambers there are closed ballast chambers with water and air pumps.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of hydrocarbons delivery in the Arctic basin.;9 cl, 3 dwg
