METHOD FOR ENDOSCOPIC INSPECTION OF ANTRUM CAVITY IN CHILDREN WITH CHRONIC OTHELCOSIS AND CHOLESTEATOMA

Postaural discission is made under endotracheal anesthesia in antrum projection 1 cm long. Then, soft tissues are separated by blunt method and retractor-lyre is placed. Thereafter, a mastoid process wall which is formed after a previous operation is exposed to a bone defect, and rigid endoscope 30 degrees 2.7 mm in diameter is made in the area of the attico-antral zone. After cholesteatoma is visualized, it is completely removed.
