After opening aortic lumen in retrograde hemorrhage from its branches alternately near each mouth of intercostals or lumbar artery by semicircular incision with the help of coagulator is dissected aortic wall with leaving roller on 2–3 mm near mouth. Forceps grasp dissected wall of aorta together with mouth by pulling it upwards.
