METHOD OF USING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM FROM GROUND ARMORED VEHICLE AND HELICOPTER

FIELD: military equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons, particularly to designs of combat vehicles and methods of their use together with helicopters. Military transport system includes a ground armored vehicle (GAV) consisting of operationally detachable modules – chassis (1), combat compartment or its fragment for ammunition (2), and armored capsule (3) for accommodation of a crew in it. Method of using the system involves preliminary placement of the crew of the GAV in armored capsule (3). If necessary, crew evacuation is performed by separation of armored capsule (3) by means of retainers (4) from GAV, gripping of armored capsule (3) by helicopter and its subsequent removal, transportation by air.;EFFECT: higher tactical and technical characteristics and capabilities of complex, crew safety.;1 cl, 2 dwg
