Height of BBO crystal is carried out in precision heating furnace having high symmetry and stability of thermal field from high-temperature solution-melt, including barium borate ΒaB2O4 molten massand a complex solvent based on a eutectic composition LiF-NaF with excess B2O3 from 3 to 7 wt %, on rotating oriented along direction [0001] primer, at crystal drawing speed from 0.15 to 0.4 mm/day with simultaneous cooling of solution-melt with rate from 0.3 to 1 deg/day.;EFFECT: increasing dimensions of BBO crystals and increasing the output coefficient while maintaining their optical quality.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
