Drive for a microvalve (10) with a housing (20), a spring (70) and at least one form memory alloy (80), whichcan be diverted with one side attached to the housing (20),-is loaded by the spring (70) into a deflected position,-is moved to a position at least less distant by temperature rise and thus effective form memory effect against increasing load by the spring (70),where at least one form memory element (80) has at least one pair of stacked films (130),which are connected to each other at least in part by their outer enclosure and are pushed apart or together by the spring (70) into the deflected position; andwhere the foils (130) have a central passage (140) for the spring (70) or a transmitting element (90) interacting with the spring (70).
