The system includes: a coil system, its as the sensing element for receiving a magnetic alternating field be based on stator with invest one and be rotatably fixed mode to stator, one target, it is based on rotor and to invest a rotor for being rotatably fixed mode to the alternating field for being used to generate a magnetism, wherein coil system and target are attached to stator and to rotors, therefore occur different overlapping and/or spatial proximity between coil system and target between one in the alternating field with the magnetism in the target on the coil system correspondingly rotor of different effect as the function of rotation angle and/or orientation.
