The invention relates to a green tire, comprising a reinforcement component, at least two beads and one or more rubber mixtures, wherein one or the entirety of the plurality of rubber mixtures surrounds the reinforcement component completely and at least a first part of the one rubber mixture or a first rubber mixtures of the several rubber mixtures is vulcanized characterized in that a portion of the first precured portion of the one rubber compound or a portion of the first precured portion of the first rubber composition is part of a bead of the green tire or a portion of the two beads of the green tire. The invention also relates to a tire producible from the green tire and the use of a pre-vulcanized rubber compound as a component of a bead of a tire blank comprising a strength member. Moreover, the invention relates to a method for producing a green tire.
