A water-cooled EGR cooler that cools EGR gas that flows back from an exhaust side to an intake side, comprising pipes (125) disposed in a housing (110) at a predetermined interval, ribs (120) formed in the inside of the tubes (125) are inserted, bearing plates (200) into which end portions of the tubes (125) are inserted and which are connected to the circumference of the housing (110), and a flange (135) having the circumference of one of the bearing plates (200) is connected and integrally formed thereon with a flange beam (130) having an inlet passage (210a) into which the EGR gas flows in and an exhaust passage (210b) from which the EGR gas flows out; wherein insertion protrusions (215) inserted into the tubes (125) are protruded on the flange beam (130).
