A method is provided for analyzing data by an in-machine robotic system. The method includes putting a plurality of robots into the robotic system and collecting first level data concerning operating parameters of each robot while they are being operated. The method further comprises analyzing the first level data in an in-plant first data collection device using a first level analysis software, analyzing the analyzed first level data collected in a second data collection device by a Second level analysis software is used, and analyzing the analyzed second level data collected in a third data collection device in the cloud using third level analysis software. A web portal outside the facility can be used to gain access to the analyzed third level data.
