Vehicle refrigeration system with cabin and external condenser circuits with a holder reservoir and a bypass-controlled outdoor side-by-side heat exchanger for heat output control of capacitors
A refrigerant system (104) for a vehicle (100) is provided having internal and external condenser circuits. The interior condenser circuit (200) has a first valve receiving a first portion of a refrigerant from a compressor (130) and a cabin condenser (118) receiving and condensing the first portion of the first valve while an interior of a cabin (FIG. 102) is heated. The outer condenser circuit (202, 300, 400, 500) includes: a second valve that receives a second portion of the refrigerant from the compressor (130); an outer condenser (132, 302, 402, 502) receiving and compressing the second part from the second valve; a reservoir (140, 306, 406, 506) downstream of the cabin condenser (118) and the outside condenser (132, 302, 402, 502) receiving the first and second parts; a heat exchanger downstream of the reservoir (140, 306, 406, 506); and a bypass valve (224, 326, 422, 508) connected in parallel to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger and the bypass valve (224, 326, 422, 508) receive portions of the refrigerant from the reservoir (140, 306, 406, 506). A control module (120) controls positions of the first valve, the second valve and the bypass valve.
