Carbon fibers having an aspect ratio in the range of 6 to 30 were mixed in an adhesive component such as an acrylic resin to give an adhesive composition for office material. The adhesive composition is applied to a surface of a base material 1 such as a plastic film or a paper to form an adhesive layer 2, and thus a laminate 10 such as an adhesive tape, a seal and a sticker was obtained ,
