Structure of a safety adapter with anti-reverse for connection to a flexible connection hose (4) of an air-compression device carried by a vehicle, comprising a housing (1) having an air compressor (13) disposed therein for generating compressed air which is advantageously leakable through an air outlet port (14) of an air compressor (13); a tire repair container (2) having an opening (21) and including an adhesive for sealing tires (99), the opening (21) having an air inlet coupling (31) and an adhesive exit coupling (32), the air exit port (14 ) compressed air discharged from the air compressor (13) can be introduced into the tire repair container (2) through the air intake coupling (31); and a flexible connection hose (4) having one end connected to a first pipe connector (41) and the other end connected to a second pipe connector (5), the first pipe connector (41) being connected to the adhesive exit coupling (32) of the tire repair container (2 ), and wherein the second pipe connector (5) is connected to the ventilation socket (9) of the tire (99), characterized, the second pipe connector (5) is a securing adapter comprising: a cylindrical outer cover (6) which is provided at one end with an opening (60) and at the other end a threaded hole (64) is formed with an internal thread, wherein the above-mentioned opening (60) with the screw-in hole (64) is connected throughout a cylindrical foot part (7) which is inserted through the opening (60) in the cylindrical outer cover (6) and a cylindrical chamber (70), wherein an annular groove (71) is formed on the outer end wall of the foot part (7), and a step-shaped connecting portion (72) is formed extending from another end of the foot part (7), and a passage (73) is centered in the connecting portion (72), namely, the cylindrical chamber (70) passing; a damping member (51) inserted from the end of the screw-in hole (64) of the cylindrical outer cover (6) and supported by the stopper piece (67) and including a through hole (52); and a valve cock (8) disposed between the cylindrical outer cover (6) and the foot part (7), one end of the valve cock (8) being provided with a spring (54), and another end of the valve cock (8 ) through the through hole (52) of the damping part (51), in the screw hole (64), is arranged continuously, wherein it is preventable using the second pipe connector (5) that due to improper procedure, liquid adhesive suddenly escapes.
