Photovoltaic holder, comprising one front stand (1) and one rear stand (2),where at the top end of the front stand (1) and the rear stand (2) there is a tilting beam (3) and at the bend bar (3) there is a cross -beam (4) and a photovoltaic module (5) is mounted on the cross -beam (4), thereby characterized, that on both sides of the cross -beam (4) a support plate (6) is mounted to support the photovoltaic module (5), and two opposite sides of any photovoltaic module (5) are overlapped on the support plate (6) between two adjacent cross -bearers (4), and where a module pressure block (7) is still attached to the cross -bearer (4),and where the module block (7) comprises a pressure block (8) connected to the transducer (4) and a pressure block edge on both sides of the pressure block (8) and where the pressure edge (9) is overlapped at a side edge opposite each other of a neighbouring photovoltaic module (5).
