HYDROGEL BANDAGE FOR TREATING BURN WOUNDS AND TROPHIC ULCERS, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The invention relates to medicine. A hydrogel bandage for treating burn wounds and trophic ulcers contains, affixed to a mesh, a hydrogel composition based on acrylamide and water. The mesh is heat-treated and made of thread based on synthetic fibers, and particularly polypropylene fibers. The bandage exhibits increased strength, an extended period of staying on a wound, and a predefined elasticity, and decreases trauma to a wound. A hydrogel bandage preparation method involves preparing a hydrogel composition and connecting the composition to a mesh. The mesh is pre-cleaned, disposed in a stretched state and heat-treated by heating to 40-140°C for 20-45 minutes, cooled and activated in an environment of peroxide, ozone, chromium oxide or acid. Then, the mesh is disposed in a mold, a gel-forming composition is poured into the mold, air is removed from the mold, and the above is maintained at a temperature of 75-85°C for 14-15 hours until a plate is formed, which is washed, dehydrated and sterilized to produce a bandage.
