The present invention relates to a device allowing the water storage in tanks (1) and the production of electric energy renewable by photovoltaic panels (2), which can be used for the production and storage of fresh water by means of the seawater desalination. The device is constituted by a set of components, which interact with one another in a cycle virtuous ecological dedicated to the production of fresh water in hot regions and that are arid of the planet.
