The present invention relates to a device allowing the water storage in tanks (1) and the production of electric energy renewable by photovoltaic panels (2), which can be used for the production and storage of fresh water by means of the seawater desalination. The device is constituted by a set of components, which interact with one another in a cycle virtuous ecological dedicated to the production of fresh water in hot regions and that are arid of the planet. A reservoir of fresh water (1), covered by the photovoltaic panels (2) that produce the electrical energy to supply the same station, which produces the fresh water and supplies the storage tank (1), which saves the water, cooled, cleaned, supports, frames and inserted into the environment of the photovoltaic panels (2) that protect the tank (1) of the evaporation and dust, sand, and the solar radiation. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for storing water, and to the production of electric energy, renewable the sun, as well as to the production of fresh water desalination independent of the sea water, with no external energy supply.
