According to one aspect, the present disclosure relates to a THz laser source (10) comprising a first generator (1) adapted for the emission of at least a first light radiation (i) and a second light radiation (ii) of multiple frequencies d a first reference frequency; a second generator (2) adapted for emitting at least a first light radiation (iii) and a second light radiation (iv) of multiple frequencies of a second reference frequency different from the first reference frequency; the laser source THz further comprises a nonlinear crystal (3) adapted to form from said first light radiation emitted by each of the first and second generators, a light radiation THz (v) generated by frequency difference, frequency between 0.3 THz and 10THz; and at least one first frequency stabilization module for frequency stabilization of one of said second radiations emitted by one of the first and second generators over an atomic transition.
