The platform comprises: a linear guide rail (A101), a motion platform for rigid-flexible coupling, a linear drive, and a displacement sensor (A6). The platform for rigid-flexible coupling comprises a rigid frame (A201), a flexible chain (A203), and a core movement platform (A202).
