There is provided herein a tool caddy 1 for a wheelie bin 2 which is configured for engaging a wheelie bin 2. The caddie comprises a hook 4 and tray portion 9. The hook comprises two panels, a top proximal planar portion 6 and an orthogonal distal portion 5 relative to the tray. The two panels of the hook are at right angles to each other. The tray is said to be horizontal and extending from the proximal planar panel. The hook portion hooks to the front rim 8 of the wheelie bin. The orthogonal distal portion lies against the interior surface 22 of the bin. The tray has a rearward surface 7 that lies against the exterior surface of the bin. The caddie is said to be cantilevered to the bin. The tray may comprise a plurality of circular, rectangular and/or elongated recesses (14, 15, 16, 17 & 19). The rearward surface may comprise a recess portion. The tray may comprise lateral walls that taper such as to allow a plurality of caddies to nest.
