The carriage (1) has an intermediate floor comprising a lowered part that is provided with a side circulation unit at an upper level of the carriage. A non lowered part of the floor is provided with a central circulation unit (15) at a lower level of the carriage. An accessing platform (2) is arranged along width direction of the carriage. A side staircase is arranged in longitudinal direction along an interior face of the carriage and directed from the accessing platform toward center of the carriage.
