A viewing angle control device (12) including at least one liquid crystal panel (121), at least one compensation film (122) and polarizers (1231, 1232) is provided. Each of the at least one liquid crystal panel (121) includes two transparent conductive layers (1211, 1212) and liquid crystal molecules (1213). The polarizers include at least one first polarizer (1231) and a second polarizer (1232). The at least one first polarizer (1231) is located between the at least one compensation film (122) and the at least one liquid crystal panel (121). The second polarizer (1232) is located on the other side of either the at least one liquid crystal panel (121) or the at least one compensation film (122) than the at least one first polarizer (1231). When there is no potential difference between the transparent conductive layers, an optical axis of each of the liquid crystal molecules (1213) is parallel or orthogonal to a transmission axis (T1231) of the at least one first polarizer. A viewing angle controllable display apparatus (10A, 10F) comprising the viewing angle control device (12) and a display panel (14, 14A) is also provided.
