An atomising device for air disinfection, comprising: • - an ultrasonic head (1) comprising a transducer (2) and a sonotrode (3) configured to transmit the vibrations from the transducer (2) to a particle ejection surface (30), the sonotrode (3) comprising a supply channel (31) for supplying the product to be sprayed to the ejection surface (30), • - an aeraulic system configured to create an entrainment air flow entraining the particles sprayed by the ultrasonic head, comprising a pipe (5) conveying the air flow to an air outlet (S). According to the invention, the ultrasonic head (1) is arranged at the outlet (S) in such a way as to position the ejection surface (30) and a portion of the length of the sonotrode (3) from said ejection surface (30) in the entrainment air flow, while a portion of the body of the ultrasonic head projects radially outwards beyond the diameter of the outlet opening of the pipe (5) in such a way as not to be subjected to said entrainment air flow.
