The invention relates to a method for the lithography-based additive manufacture of three-dimensional molded bodies, wherein a construction platform (8) is positioned at a distance from a material support (1), which is permeable at least in some regions to the radiation of a radiation source, for a material which can be solidified under the effect of the radiation. The material support (1) is moved in a translational manner between a first position and a second position. The invention is characterized in that material is deposited with a defined layer thickness during the movement of the material support (1) from the first position to the second position. The applied material is then irradiated and solidified by the radiation source in a location- and/or time-selective manner between the construction platform (8) and the material support (1), and the material is then removed from the material support (1) during the movement of the material support (1) from the second position to the first position.
