Provided is a moving unit for a rod part supporting an instrument hose, the moving unit enabling a user to comfortably operate instruments as a result of a torque being adjusted for each instrument. A moving unit (100) includes a housing (30), a rotary unit (50) to which a rod part (20) is attached, a spring (61) that generates a torque when the rod part (20) is tilted down or tilted up about a rotation axis on the side on which a base portion (22) of the rod part (20) is located, and a torque adjustment unit (70) that is capable of adjusting a torque by deforming the spring (61). The torque adjustment unit (70) includes a spring deforming portion (71) that deforms the spring (61) in a direction in which the spring (61) is wound up and a spring fixing portion (74) that keeps a torque constant by coming into contact with the spring deforming portion (71) and fixing the spring deforming portion (71) in place.
