The invention relates to cosmetic or dermatological emulsions, comprising a) at least one pigment from the group of the inorganic white, coloring or colored pigments, which are coated with hydrophilic silica, and b) an aqueous phase, c) one or more polymers from the group of xanthan gum, carrageenan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium acrylates copolymer and/or acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, d) one or more stabilizers from the group i) of the powder raw materials and/or ii) of the lipids in a proportion of 0.5 to 5% in relation to the total weight of the preparation.
