PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cohesive soil treatment device, a cohesive soil treatment method, and a bucket capable of efficiently performing demulsion/mixing of cohesive soil and modified soil with a simple structure using a bucket. SOLUTION: This cohesive soil treatment device has a bucket 10 and an operation unit for operating the bucket, and operates the bucket to perform at least demulsion of the cohesive soil and mixing of the cohesive soil and a modifier.
