PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor surface application tool capable of easily and accurately leveling a cement paste on a concrete surface before solidification and having excellent versatility. SOLUTION: A floor tool 10 includes a handle member 11 that can be gripped by an operator with a hand, and a support member 12 attached to a tip portion 11a of the handle member 11 so as to intersect the handle member 11 at a right angle. A rectangular plate-shaped leveling member 13 detachably attached to the support member 12. The handle member 11 includes a fixed portion 11t and a telescopic portion 11s slidably attached to the fixed portion 11t. The supporting member 12 is formed of a long elastic material having a C-shaped cross section, and has a groove 12t capable of holding one long side portion of the leveling member 13 inside thereof. The leveling member 13 is formed of an elastically deformable foam synthetic resin material and has flexibility and stretchability. [Selection diagram] Figure 1
